From memory of June Lee and her sister Nadine Lee Striplin as told to them by their grandmother Lottie Joiner Reynolds Lee: George moved to Canada and was never heard from again George (nicknamed Gus) was in the Canadian Armed Forces in World War I. His brother, Earl, saw him over there during the war, according to a letter he wrote to his sister, Dollie, from Bonn, Germany, on January 17, 1919.
From the memory of Charlotte Reynolds Kirkman, the first name of her brother George's wife was "Loretta". Last name unknown. She also recalled that they had twins, but that they died in infancy. No knowledge if there were any other children.
